Building a simple Prefilter

  1. Click Group to display a drop-down list of fields from which you choose the required field:

    This is the Criteria drop-down list showing the fields available to choose from.

  2. Repeat this for Is like and for <empty>.
  3. Change the three items for the first condition, then add the second Condition to complete the filter.
  4. For Example:

    This is an example of a simple filter, where Month number equals '2', and Sex equals Female.

 

Note: This search function is case sensitive, so specifying f would not find any search results as the database uses the capital 'F' to indicate female.
